Canandaigua Office
Canandaigua Office is located on the NE corner of N. Main Street & Chapel Street in the city of Canandaigua.
There is plenty of parking behind the building and the back entrance is the best entrance to use.

Rochester Office
The Rochester office is located at
2349 Monroe Ave within the Focused Health Chiropractic office.
The building is a big white building with black shutters. It is located on the west side of Monroe Ave about halfway between Pittsford Plaza and 12 Corners.
The entrance is at the rear of the building and there is an elevator to bring you to the 2nd floor. Follow the signs for Focused Health Chiropractic - Naturopathic Medicine/Acupuncture.
